I bought this mainly for clearing 2nd story roof gutters. However its way too heavy for the average person to handle. When extended to 24 ft I couldn't lift the nozzle end off the ground even when using the shoulder harness.Northern Tool was great to deal with. I had no trouble getting an RMA and they gave me a full refund - no questions and no restocking fees.
