6.25 horse power from a 9.5 amp motor? They must be pretty small horses! Even so this is quite simply the most powerful wet dry vac I've ever used. It makes dust collection on portable power tools a breeze. A dedicated toolvac with a current sensing switch is more convenient.( Fein , Porter Cable, Festo , etc.) But this is a lot cheaper and moves more air. It's alsovery quiet compared to other vacs supposedly rated in the 5 or morehorsepower range. You get Two sets of tools with it. One for the large hoseand one for the small hose. I think I'd rather have one hose of betterquality and longer length though. The threaded hose attachment is a giantimprovement. How many times have you tried to move your shop vac by thehose only to find it loose in your hand ? No more.The filter that comeswith it is also a vast improvement. It is a pleated canister that iswashable when it finally gets clogged up. That means no more changingfilters when going from dry to wet pick up. I washed mine the other day andset it in the sun to dry. It got ran over by a truck so it is no more. Itwas my truck and I was driving. I got a clean stream filter instead of theoriginal. It seems to get fine dust a little better. For drywall dust Ireally recommend the drywall dust bag filters. They go a long time beforeclogging up. Much longer than the canister filters. For general grub workand heavy clean up I really like this vac. When I burn it up in a couple ofyears I'll probably get another one . By then they'll probably be rated at11 amps and fifty horse power.

I said i just wanted a refund so they told me i would have to send the broke 1 back and they sent me a shipping label. I shipped broke nozzle back with a note about having to pay for shipping on defective product.2 days later i get a new nozzle in the mail and 3 days after that i get a refund minus shipping. I ordered this adapter along with the CURRENT Bosch 3725DVS Random Oribital Sander. The intent was to provide suitable connection between my Fein Turbo VAC II and the 3725DVS. This connector is not for that model sander.The 3725DVS's dust bag mounts to a one peice, cast aluminum base.This castinghas a built-in integral dust port. There is no provisions for simply unscrewing the dust port from the casting to allow use of the new adapter, as one reviewer suggested. Contact a Bosch Service Center and order the appropiate connector. Bosch Hose-to-Tool Adapter, part number: RS006.Or order the 15' Vacuum Hose, part number: VAC001. The Vacuum hose contains the RS006 Adapter. Both Parts can be found on Page 209 of the Bosch Power Tool & Accessories booklet.The Bosch Service rep that I contacted, owns the same 3725DVS sander and the VAC001 Vacuum Hose. He has been using it for some time and was very high on it. Upon his suggestion, I now own the VAC001.A very good product. Now, back to this particular adapter, (Bosch 1 609 200 933 Hose Vac Adapter).It does fit the Fein and many other tools. It performs very well in those applications. For that intent, and considering price/value, I would rate it 5 Stars.However, do not buy this with the sole intention of connecting your shop vac to either the 5" or 6" Bosch Random Orbital sanders.Both sanders use the same parts, either RS006 or VAC001. Dustless Technologies Dust Muzzle with 7-Inch Universal Adapter and 18-Inch Hose #D1840 Review

The unit is more flimsy in person than the pictures seem to show. The plastic does flex a bit up and down so that it can 'hover' over the concrete when you have a turbo disc on.

For those of you who have never 'ground' concrete with a grinding disc or turbo disc, there is a LOT of dust created. This dust is very bad for your lungs and I suggest a full silicone seated mask for your face in addition to this unit. This unit seems to pick up at least 90% of all the dust that is created if not a bit more.

I would've gave this a better score of the mounting wasn't so darn difficult. The worm clips that come with it slide around a lot and the muzzle gets pulled about where the vacuum hose pulls. This unit cannot be used effectively in conjunction with a shallow cutting/grinding disc for cutting unless you get an arbor to get the disc to sit out further. And even then, the dust spews out all over. This unit seems most effective and only really designed for sanding/grinding on a flat surface.

I bought this dust muzzle for my concrete countertop business.IT does not fit my grinder and is made from cheap plastic.I had to custom fit a temporary connection to the grinder so that I could finish a job that was waiting in my shop or else I would have returned the muzzle.I checked dustless technologies website and it seems they have a new muzzle available.
